Holly Beach RV Park Policies & Guidelines

All daily and weekly reservations require a reservation deposit that is equal to the daily rate for the duration of your stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee; please contact the office for availability. Please note that no refunds are issued one hour after check-in, and early departures do not qualify for refunds unless they are due to mandatory evacuation. Additionally, site numbers are not guaranteed.

Each registration allows for up to 6 guests. If you have additional guests aged 6 years or older, a fee of $5.00 per night will be applied. Please note that the maximum capacity per site is 8 guests.

Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise levels down during this time.

Please do not burn anything other than wood, and remember to never leave a fire unattended. Fire pits are allowed as long as they are elevated off the ground and situated in a self-contained unit that has a cover. Make sure to avoid placing fires directly on the grass or concrete, as we want to protect both the grass and the concrete pad from any damage.

Please ensure that you dispose of all trash at the Holly Beach Solid Waste facility located at 6101 Holly Beach Hwy, Cameron, LA. The dumpster hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The speed limit is 5MPH and is strictly enforced. Each site allows only 2 vehicles. Please DO NOT park in other sites.

All actions that are permitted.

Are permitted and must be designed to fit seamlessly on your site.

Here are a few important rules to follow: 

Pets should never be left outside unattended or inside an RV where they might bark. Please refrain from walking your dog on another guest’s site to ensure everyone’s comfort. Always keep your dog on a leash for safety. Any aggressive behavior from pets will not be tolerated. Remember, you MUST clean up after your dog! Pet owners are fully responsible and liable for their pets' behavior and safety.

Please maintain a clean site at all times. Ensure that no cigarette butts, trash, paper, or pet deposits are left on the sites or yards at any time. 

NOT PERMITTED ON SITE: 

Portable hot tubs, refrigerators or appliances outside of RVs, excessive clutter, auto repairs, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, and firearms.

You are accountable for the actions of your party, which includes visitors and children. Guests may be asked to leave if they exhibit intoxication, engage in rowdy behavior, or use profanity or drugs. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark for their safety. Our rates cover up to 6 guests, and any additional guests will incur a fee and must be registered. 

Regarding loss or damage, Holly Beach RV Park prioritizes safety and security as our top goal. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur from any cause. Campers, guests, and visitors utilize all facilities and property at their own risk.

All cancellations incur a $3 cancellation fee. If a guest cancels 3 days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit amount will be refunded. For monthly stays, this period extends to 30 days. If a guest cancels less than 48 hours before arrival, the remaining deposit amount can be transferred once to a future stay within one year. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures, no-shows, or same-day cancellations. 

During holidays such as Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day, deposits for reservations will not be refunded. Instead, a credit will be issued that is transferable once to a future stay within one year, minus the cancellation fee. 

Additionally, there is a 3-day minimum requirement for stays during holidays.
